Financial Rescue Plan Signed by President

The Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008 (P.L. 110-343), a multibillion dollar financial rescue package passed by Congress and signed by the President on October 3, 2008, includes tax extender and disaster relief provisions which affect pensions and employee benefits.
